Shipping Policy
All prices mentioned on the site refers shipping to the respective shipping address. All our products are shipped from India. Deliveries are made within 4 working days for India deliveries and within 10 working days for International deliveries. Sample delivered within 7 working days. cost of sample is fully adjustable with any bulk order you place. We use nationally renowned couriers for delivery. In the event that the shipping address given by you is not serviced by a leading order, we deliver your order by registered post parcel. Deliveries by registered post parcel require about 7-10 days time but the service is reliable.

Returns Policy
If you are not happy with our product for any reason, we offer you refund (subject to re-restocking charges), no questions asked. Return the product to us, within 30 days of receipt in its original condition with original packing and accessories. We will issue a refund after deducting 20% of the product value towards re-stocking charges for items returned to us in good condition. Order Tracking
We proactively keep you informed about the status of your order. During the order processing period you will receive at least 4 emails at different points of time. The first e-mail will tell you about the expected date of shipment, the second will give you the airway bill number once the goods have been shipped, the third will indicate that we have received confirmation about the delivery of the goods and the fourth one will contain the recipients message or photograph (if the recipient has sent the same to us).

Modes of Payment
Through Bank transfer (TT), you can make payment only in certain transaction, as required.

Paying in Another Currency
Prices on our site are listed in US Dollars. (Ref. in Indian Rupee). However if you are a resident of a country with a different currency, you can still make your purchases at polywood.org.
